I work in the areas of painting, papermaking and
the book arts, and often combine all three.

My themes used to be concerned with the landscape,
the human presence there and the memories that
people leave in that environment.

More recently, I have become more interested in city life,
the people who inhabit the city and the effects
cities have on their inhabitants. I am intersted in
multiple layering of buildings and the integration
and absorption of people by the architecture.
Because of this interest, I also use acrylic for its
transparent qualities, and metals.

I have been involved in over 40 group exhibitions
in most states of Australia, as well as Italy,
Switzerland, Lithuania, Korea, Austria,
Argentina and the USA.
I have work in the University of WA Guild Collection,
Mackay Art Space, and the James Hardy Collection,
and many private colections in Australia and overseas.
